Fruit Roll-Up Fruit Identified

It's the hawthorn fruit or fruit of haw! At the big grocery store, Trisha and I found a whole section of dried fruit products and fruit roll-ups that were the same as my new favorite. A few of the packages had the fruit identified in English. I also had a fruit of haw (it's funnier to call it that!) popsicle the other day. It had the same fruit picture on the front and real chunks of hawthorn fruit inside.

Turns out this fruit of haw may have some health benefits for the stomach, heart, and circulation.
